Rosemary Lemon Potatoes

Rosemary lemon potatoes is a relatively easy recipe that would be great wrapped in foil and put on the grill. Or even over a fire out camping!
Here is what I threw together:
Rosemary Lemon Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 little potatoes, sliced (I used 3 red & 3 yellow)
- 1 gallon ziploc bag
- olive oil
- 1/4 c chopped onion (shallots would be better but I didn't have any)
- 2 tbs rosemary
- 5 slices of lemon
- 1 tbs pepper
- 1 tbs salt
Instructions
- Put sliced potatoes in ziploc, drizzle with oil & toss. Then add all the rest of the ingredients and toss again until well coated. Put in baking dish, cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Take tinfoil off and let brown for 20 minutes stirring after 10 minutes.
