Tonight we had steak with the Steak Marinade 2 that I posted on here earlier today. I must say, those steaks were delicious!! I also roasted some red & yellow skin potatoes and asparagus.
I cut little red & yellow potatoes into three pieces each then drizzled with olive oil. Sprinkle with veggie no salt seasoning, salt and pepper and throw in the oven at 400 for about 30 minutes.
I did the exact same thing with the asparagus except I also sprinkled it with garlic powder. I roasted at 400 for 20 minutes because they were fairly thick.
